While other programs compartmentalize workouts as if the body's parts are separate of themselves, we at the Women's Spartan Fit Boot Camp like to do it the Spartan way. Building overall skeletol-muscular strength through a combination of functional body-weight and weighted routines along with High Intensity drills to promote muscular, heart and overall cardiovascular health, to maintain strong bones, muscles, heart and lungs, to give you the physical and mental strength and energy and a newly found confidence to take on your daily activities and feel like you can do anything...all at your own pace!
